From Madina to Mak`kah / Jeddah
If one intend to have a last visit to Mak`kah then enter into Ihram for Umrah at Zulhalifa mosque, which is Meeqat for Madinites. If one is close to Hajj he can declare the intent of both Umrah and Hajj at this point. However, if there is enough time left, before Hajj, then don the Ihram for Umrah only so that you can be freed from Ihram restrictions for the time left for Hajj.
